GIL Event Calendar

Hi All,

We've started this project on GayCork, and would like to spread it to GayInLimerick.com. We're creating an LGBT calendar for Limerick, with venue opening times, Support Centre/Cafe hours, Upcoming Events, etc.

What we're looking for you to do is create a Google Calendar, and add all your upcoming info to it. You can then manage anything and everything that appears on the Community calendar going forward.

It's a great way to keep people in the loop. Eventually, we'll be doing a GayInIreland calendar, and we can show everyone just how happening Limerick is ;)

If you need any assistance in creating it, you can message me here, or at info@gayinlimerick.com. Once you create the calendar, just PM me here or at that e-mail address, and we'll get it all set up :)

There's also a 'How To' Guide (http://kenfonzi.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/12/GayInIreland.com-Google-Calendar-Guide.pdf) as well. It's very easy to use, but for those technofobes (Sheila :p) it walks you through the simple steps. There's even pictures!

We've started adding some events and such, to get the ball rolling. Some places I couldnt find info for:

RSS Women's Group
OutInUL
Confessions (dates & times)
Riddlers Bar (guessed at the opening hours)

Any groups I'm not aware of that don't appear on the calendar (or above), please PM me and let me know. Alternatively, you can follow the instructions in the guide (link is above) to create and manage your own events, which we can add :)

Rainbow Drop-In every Thurs and Fri 7.30-9.30pm, everyone welcome. No Drop-In Sat, MYLGBT(under 25s only) meets every Sat 12-2pm, followed by Youth Cafe 2-4pm(under 25s only).
